A day (in the rain) in China's Silicon Valley: the Huaqiangbei electronics market, the Ping An Free Sky observatory on the 116th floor (547 m), the DJI store, the creative spaces of OCT-LOFT, electric car showrooms (BYD, Yangwang, Denza, Xpeng, NIO) and finally Sea World in Shekou in the evening.

Flight GY7214 west: leaving the coast for the heart of Sichuan, landing at the ultra-modern Chengdu Tianfu (TFU) airport.

First full day in Chengdu, the relaxed and gastronomic capital of Sichuan: alleys, tea houses, the Anshun Bridge lit up at night and, inevitably, a very spicy hotpot.

The main attraction is probably the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding — to be confirmed. It's an opportunity to see pandas up close in their conservation center.

Out-of-town trip to the Great Wall of Jinshanling (day to be confirmed): one of the most scenic and least crowded sections, among watchtowers and green ridges as far as the eye can see.

Visit to the Temple of Heaven, a masterpiece of Ming architecture: the Hall of Prayer for Good Harvests and the large surrounding park, a meeting place for Beijingers.
